Vibewith is a Toronto-based friendship app designed for introverts seeking genuine connection. Sparkd led the brand’s full marketing strategy, from positioning and content to growth and community. Through a mix of storytelling, digital campaigns, and real-world activations, we helped Vibewith build a brand that feels human, warm, and rooted in authenticity.
Challenge
In a city full of people yet short on genuine connection, Vibewith set out to help introverts and low-key socializers meet new friends through shared interests. But before users could vibe, the brand needed to feel like a vibe, approachable, warm, and community-driven, not another cold dating app clone.
What We Did
From strategy to execution, Sparkd led Vibewith’s marketing journey from its earliest launch stages to community growth. We shaped the brand’s voice and visual identity, built its entire social presence, and developed campaigns that blended authenticity with playfulness. Every piece of content, from user-generated reels to paid ads, was created in-house, using AI tools to speed up creative production without losing the human touch.
We optimized the app’s visibility through ASO, redesigned the website for a smoother user journey, and managed the growing community forum. Beyond the screen, we brought the brand into real life, hosting two community events, collaborating with local small businesses, and turning early users into loyal ambassadors. We also worked hand-in-hand with the product team, feeding audience insights directly into app development to ensure the brand and product grew in sync.Collaborating with the internal team.
Within three months of launch, Vibewith’s social engagement grew by over 280% and its community doubled organically, powered by authentic storytelling and user-generated content. Events consistently sold out within hours, while collaborations with local cafés and creators amplified the brand’s reach offline.
The refreshed digital identity and content strategy turned a small startup into a movement, transforming casual users into loyal advocates and building one of Toronto’s most engaged friendship communities.
